By accessing and using PropFirmJury ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

PropFirmJury is the leading prop firm intelligence platform providing firm listings, comparisons, multi-source ratings, AI-powered scam detection, trader tools, and community-driven reviews. Our platform includes features such as the Scam Radar, Fusion Score, Health Score, Risk CoPilot, Challenge Simulator, Portfolio tracker, Leaderboard, Compare tool, and more.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• Not impersonate other users or firms
• Accept responsibility for all activity on your account

Users may optionally complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by uploading government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license). KYC-verified users receive a special badge and their reviews receive higher Credibility Scores. KYC data is processed securely and stored in compliance with data protection regulations.

Accounts found to be violating these terms may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.

By submitting reviews on PropFirmJury, you agree that:

• Your review is based on genuine personal experience
• You will not submit fake, misleading, or paid reviews
• You grant PropFirmJury a non-exclusive license to display your content
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies
• Filing false reviews may result in permanent account suspension

Review System: Reviews on PropFirmJury include ratings across 6 categories: Trading Conditions, Payout Process, Customer Support, Platform & Technology, Rules & Transparency, and Overall Trust. Each review receives a Credibility Score (0–10) based on reviewer history, verification status, and content quality. Reviews may include image evidence uploads (screenshots, payout proofs) and an AI-powered Review Summary.

Other users can vote reviews as "Helpful" or "Not Helpful" to surface the most valuable feedback.

Our Scam Radar is an AI-powered fraud detection system that analyzes multiple data points for every listed firm. Each firm receives one of five statuses: Safe (75+ points), Caution (50–74), Warning (25–49), Danger (0–24), or Analyzing (insufficient data). By submitting a scam report, you agree that:

• The report is truthful and based on real experience
• The reported firm will have 7 days to respond before score impact
• False reports may result in account suspension and legal consequences
• All reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours
• You may need to provide evidence (screenshots, transaction hashes, chat logs)

The Scam Radar uses a 100-point Health Score formula analyzing domain age, SSL validity, payout consistency, social media sentiment, complaint ratio, website uptime, legal entity verification, and rating trend analysis. Each firm also receives a Scam Probability percentage updated daily.

Prop firms listed on PropFirmJury are subject to:

• Automated monitoring of ratings, uptime, and security
• Community review and rating systems
• AI-powered scam detection and Health Score analysis
• Periodic verification checks
• Firm detail pages with plans, pricing, coupons, payout proof galleries, and more

Scoring System: PropFirmJury uses multiple scoring formulas:

• Community Trust Score — Weighted average from 7+ sources (PropFirmJury 25%, Trustpilot 20%, PropFirmMatch 15%, Reddit Sentiment 10%, other sources 30%)
• Fusion Score — Proprietary weighted formula: Community Trust (30%), AI Health Analysis (25%), Payout Consistency (20%), Third-Party Aggregation (15%), User Signals (10%)
• Meta Score — Composite 0-10 score combining Trust Score, Health Score, Scam Probability, and Payout Consistency
• Health Score (0–100) — AI analysis of firm stability and risk factors

PropFirmJury does not endorse any listed firm. Listings are for informational purposes only. Scores and ratings are algorithmically generated and should not be the sole basis for financial decisions.

PropFirmJury provides various tools for traders. These tools are for informational and educational purposes only:

• Risk CoPilot — AI-powered risk assessment tool that evaluates firms based on multiple risk factors
• Portfolio Dashboard — Track and manage your prop firm challenge accounts and performance
• Challenge Simulator — Simulate prop firm challenges to practice strategy and risk management
• Leaderboard — Community rankings showing top traders and their performance metrics
• Compare Tool — Side-by-side comparison of up to 4 firms across all metrics
• Watchlist — Save and track firms you're interested in with real-time score updates

Firm owners can access specialized services:

• Firm Dashboard — Manage firm profile, view analytics, respond to reviews, and access scam defense tools
• Premium Plans — Featured listings, advanced analytics, priority support, and enhanced visibility
• Scam Defense System — Respond to negative reviews publicly, dispute scam reports within 7 days, submit evidence, and request status reviews
• Review Response System — Officially respond to user reviews displayed on the firm detail page
• Coupon Management — Create and manage discount/coupon codes displayed on the firm detail page

Firm owners agree to maintain accurate information, respond to legitimate complaints within reasonable timeframes, and not manipulate reviews or ratings.

Registered users have access to a personal dashboard with:

• My Reviews — View, edit, and manage all submitted reviews
• Watchlist — Track saved firms with real-time updates
• Quick Actions — Fast access to write reviews, report scams, compare firms
• Statistics — Personal activity stats, review history, and engagement metrics
• Profile & Settings — Manage personal info, social links, trading preferences, privacy settings, and security options (2FA)

Notifications: PropFirmJury sends notifications about firm watchlist updates, review responses, scam report outcomes, account activity, and platform announcements. Users can customize notification preferences from their account settings.

PropFirmJury rewards active community participation through:

• Rewards & Points System — Earn points for writing reviews, reporting scams, helping other users, and daily engagement
• Badges — Achievement badges displayed on your profile (Top Reviewer, Scam Hunter, Early Adopter, etc.)
• Newsletter — Weekly digest of top firm updates, new reviews, and industry news
• Blog — Educational articles about prop trading, firm reviews, and industry insights
• Listing Partners Program — Firms and affiliates can partner with PropFirmJury for enhanced visibility
• Submit a Firm — Any user can submit a new prop firm for listing consideration
• Community Polls — Vote on community-driven polls about prop firms, industry topics, and platform features (login required, one vote per poll)

Points and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. PropFirmJury reserves the right to modify the rewards program at any time.

All content on PropFirmJury, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, scoring formulas, software, and tools, is the property of PropFirmJury or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without permission
• Use our data, scores, or ratings for commercial purposes without a license agreement
• Extract data from our platform using automated tools
• Create derivative works based on our content, scoring formulas, or tools
• Reverse-engineer our Fusion Score, Health Score, or other proprietary algorithms

PropFirmJury offers premium plans for firm owners. By purchasing a plan:

• You agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at time of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for new subscriptions
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

PropFirmJury provides information and tools for educational purposes. We are not responsible for:

• Financial losses from trading with any listed firm
• Accuracy of third-party ratings, scores, or data (Trustpilot, Reddit, etc.)
• Actions taken by prop firms after listing or any firm's insolvency
• Any investment or trading decisions made using our platform
• Results from using Risk CoPilot, Challenge Simulator, Portfolio, or any trader tools
• Errors in Fusion Score, Health Score, Meta Score, or Scam Radar calculations
• Consequences of relying on AI-powered features (AI Summary, Credibility Score, Risk CoPilot)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
