All reviews submitted on PropFirmJury must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Be Honest — Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience
• Be Specific — Include details about your experience (firm, challenge type, outcome)
• Be Respectful — No profanity, personal attacks, or discriminatory language
• Be Relevant — Stay on topic; don't promote competing services
• Be Original — Don't copy reviews from other platforms

Every review on PropFirmJury includes ratings across 6 categories, each rated 1–5 stars:

• Trading Conditions — Spread, commissions, execution speed, available instruments
• Payout Process — Payout speed, consistency, available methods, withdrawal reliability
• Customer Support — Response time, helpfulness, availability of support channels
• Platform & Technology — Trading platform quality, reliability, mobile support, tools
• Rules & Transparency — Rule clarity, hidden terms, consistency of enforcement
• Overall Trust — General confidence in the firm's legitimacy and reliability

The following will result in review removal and potential account suspension:

• False or fabricated reviews
• Reviews written for compensation (paid reviews)
• Reviews containing threats or harassment
• Spam, promotional content, or affiliate links
• Reviews containing personal or sensitive information of others
• Reviews designed to manipulate firm ratings

Verified Trader reviews receive a green badge and 3x more visibility. To get verified, you must:

1. Connect your broker API to prove trading activity
2. OR upload payout proof (transaction ID, bank statement)
3. OR link a verified wallet with on-chain trading history

Each review receives a Credibility Score (0–10) based on:

• Reviewer verification status (broker API, payout proof, wallet, KYC)
• Review content quality and detail level
• Reviewer history and account age
• Evidence attached (screenshots, payout proofs)

Reviews may also include an AI-powered Review Summary automatically generated from the review content. This summary is for quick reference and may not capture all nuances.

Reviewers can upload images as evidence to support their reviews (screenshots of trades, payout proofs, platform screenshots, etc.). By uploading images:

• You confirm you have the right to share the content
• Images are subject to moderation and may be removed if they contain inappropriate content
• Sensitive information (account numbers, personal data) should be redacted before uploading

If you believe a review violates our policies, use the "Report" button. Our moderation team reviews reports within 48 hours. Users can also vote reviews as "Helpful" or "Not Helpful" to surface valuable feedback.
