🏢 Listing Policy

Anyone can submit a prop firm for listing on PropFirmJury. Submitted firms undergo review before publication:

• The firm must be a legitimate prop trading firm
• Basic information (name, website, contact) must be verifiable
• Firms must have been operating for at least 3 months
• The firm's website must use HTTPS encryption

All listed firms are continuously monitored via our Scam Radar. Firm ribbons are assigned through a unified system:

• Admin-Assigned Ribbons: Scam, Monitoring, Sponsored, Featured — manually set by our team based on investigation, payment status, or editorial decisions
• Algorithm-Assigned Ribbons: Top Rated (Meta Score ≥ 8.0, Health ≥ 65, Rating ≥ 4.2, 10+ reviews, Verified, Safe/Caution radar), Most Popular (Top 15% by views or 20+ reviews, Health ≥ 45, Rating ≥ 3.5), New (created within 30 days)
• Safety Guard: Algorithm ribbons are automatically removed if Scam Radar shows Danger, verified scam reports exist, complaint ratio exceeds 15%, or Health Score drops below 30

Status changes are reflected in real-time on the firm's detail page and across all platform tools.

Each listed firm has a comprehensive detail page displaying:

• Firm information, description, and contact details
• Pricing plans and account sizes
• Community reviews with 6-category ratings and filter/sort options
• Trust Score, Fusion Score, Health Score, and Meta Score
• Scam Radar status and risk indicators
• Active coupon/discount codes
• Payout proof gallery with user-submitted evidence
• Firm owner's official responses to reviews

Firm owners can claim their listing and access a dedicated Firm Dashboard to:

• Respond to Reviews — Publicly respond to user reviews on the firm detail page
• Dispute Scam Reports — Challenge scam reports within 7 days of notification with supporting evidence
• Request Status Reviews — If they believe their classification is incorrect
• Manage Coupons — Create, edit, and deactivate discount codes
• View Analytics — Access profile views, review trends, and engagement metrics
• Submit Evidence — Upload documents to counter negative reports or reviews

Firms may be removed from our platform for:

• Confirmed scam or fraudulent activity
• Website being offline for 30+ consecutive days
• Legal takedown requests (with valid court order)
• Firm request with proper verification of ownership
