Paid $547 for a $50k challenge. Passed phase 1 and phase 2. A prop firm that claims to manage millions of dollars in trader funds cannot even keep their domain renewed. I had a $100k funded account with $2,500 in unrealized profits that are now completely inaccessible.

I verified every regulatory claim on their website and every single one is false or misleading. After my $6,000 disappeared, I tried to file a complaint with their claimed regulator and was told they have no jurisdiction over this company because the registration is in a category that explicitly excludes trading and investment activities. I filed a complaint with live chat about their regulatory claims and was banned from their community within hours. They are not just unlicensed, they are actively hostile to anyone who questions their legitimacy. Without a proper license, you are trusting criminals with your money. There is no other way to describe it.

Payout delay
Critical Severity
VERIFIED
I am a $25k funded trader and my payout of $3,400 has been pending for 55 days. My cTrader trade logs show consistent profitability across GBPUSD pairs for the entire duration. There is no legitimate reason for this delay. They simply do not want to pay out. The ironic part is that their marketing heavily promotes fast payouts as their main selling point. They even have a counter on their homepage showing "average payout time: 3 days" which is clearly fabricated. This is a complete joke of a company. They took my challenge fee and now refuse to honor their obligations.

their support email is heavily moderated with an iron fist. I opened a support ticket about a payout issue and have been waiting 1 month for any response. Their Discord support channel is manned by unpaid moderators who have no authority to help with actual issues. The only way to get attention is to post publicly on Instagram, which they then delete. The charge appeared as two separate transactions of $399 each on the same day. When I disputed this with their support team, instead of refunding the duplicate charge, they suspended my account for "fraudulent payment activity". Their cTrader execution during high-impact news events is consistently worse than any broker I have ever used. Stop losses get hit with 15-25 pip slippage every single time. This is not market conditions, this is manipulation. The manipulation is subtle but systematic. I have screenshots and trade logs to prove it.

Payout denial
Critical Severity
VERIFIED
Denied my $8,000 payout right after I passed their so-called account audit. I immediately pulled my trade logs from cTrader and compared them against every single rule in their terms. I followed every rule perfectly. When I presented the evidence to support, they said the rule interpretation is at their discretion and the decision is final. Their rules do not define what counts as a "major" event. I traded during a regular NFP release which half the prop firms in the industry allow. They said it is up to their discretion to determine what qualifies as major. Both were denied on the exact same day but for completely different reasons. The smaller one was denied for "insufficient trading activity" and the larger one for "rule violation". Two different excuses on the same day. I am out $5,000 in challenge fees and profits. Do not give these people a single cent.

Their business model is mathematically impossible to sustain. They claim thousands of funded traders but the volume is consistent with maybe a few hundred accounts. They are vastly inflating their trader count to appear more successful and trustworthy than they actually are.

They operate from an offshore jurisdiction with virtually no financial oversight or investor protection. Their supposed regulatory oversight comes from an offshore authority in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, which is notorious for having zero enforcement capabilities. Anybody can register a company there for about $300 with no background checks, no capital requirements, and no ongoing compliance obligations. After my $12,000 disappeared, I tried to file a complaint with their claimed regulator and was told they have no jurisdiction over this company because the registration is in a category that explicitly excludes trading and investment activities. The 15-day challenge they sell for $499 is technically a contract for services but since they operate without proper licensing, the contract itself may be legally void. This means you have essentially no legal recourse if they refuse to pay out. An unlicensed financial operation is essentially a black box where your money goes in but nobody guarantees it comes back out.
